Lifting Dutch negative travel advice

As with the indication of opening of outdoor café’s, as per 21st April, which was delayed to 28th April, we see the same trend with travel. The Dutch Government reserves the right to alter initial decisions based upon the state of infections and hospitalizations due to COVID-19. Initially the Government extended the negative travel advice until 15th May and we have/had strong indications that this is going to happen. A pilot package holiday to Rhodos is now being evaluated and a new more open package holiday to Gran Canaria is in the making. Expansion of international travel corridors is also being looked at.

We still hope that as per 15th May the negative travel advice will be replaced by a set of rules making travel more accessible and acceptable. We continue to monitor and help design the decision-making process.
